Hello and welcome to my portfolio!

I have spent over three years self teaching Photoshop and producing edits for various fanbase communities to enjoy. I began to learn Photoshop during my GCSE Photography course however due to project constraints I could not explore the program further and test my skills. Two years later I decide to pick the program back up during my BTEC L3 IT course as part of my Graphics Editing Coursework. From then on I watched various tutorials, learnt new shortcuts and ways to edit which I previously didn't know.

 

I produce fanart for the community of a company called Rooster Teeth (an online production company who create animated series, shorts and gaming content on youtube) of which some of the staff members have noticed my edits. My aim was to create edits that were different to any I have seen previously, testing my ability and learning new skills even if this was challenging and above amateur level of creating. Using the community helped me to gain confidence in my designs and create a sort of fan base around myself also.

All this learning and pent up creative flare has given me a passion for Graphics Design, which is a something I hopefully one day can pursue a career in. Until then, I will continue to push myself to learn more and more advanced editing skills (and teach myself Illustrator!)
